API: Web-based REST
API, for accessing the data in Melquiades from scripts in the client side.
Database: About the database and its structure (not database dumps). Access to the database maybe available to researchers upon reasoned request. However, database dumps should be enough for most purposes.
Dumps: About database dumps, how to get them, and how to use them.
Metrics: About the metrics available in the database.
Reports: About database reports. Reports are self-contained databases, available from FLOSSMetrics as database dumps, which include the results of a certain query over FLOSSMetrics data.
Queries: List of main queries over FLOSSMetrics data.
Melquiades: web interface to all data provided by the project (database dumps).
Melquiades wiki: documentation for Melquiades (data formats, tools used, specific information about dumps, etc.)
Libresoft-tools project: the software and tools behind FLOSSMetrics. Most interesting stuff is in the svn repository (look for retrieval-system, cvsnaly2, bicho, mlstats). Discussion about the tools is carried in mailing lists there, too.
